After our arrival in Lukla airport we will introduce with our rest of the team members and have some breakfast and start our journey to Phakding. Following a narrow street and passing through dense forest and several small villages we will reach to Phakding. It is a popular stop for trekkers heading towards Everest Base Camp. We will have our overnight stay there at a Lodge.

After having breakfast we will start our journey where our trial passes through a beautiful pine forest and we will continue our walk on a trial that goes north up the Benkar valley following the banks of Dudh Koshi River. After crossing Dudh Koshi River we will pass several villages like Chuma and Monjo and reach the entrance of Everest National Park. Then we will cross a suspension bridge and pass Jorsale village and walk alongside of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi River. We ascend on a steep trial and reach our today’s destination which is Namche Bazaar. This market is one of the major highlights of the trek. We will have our overnight stay in Namche Bazaar.

We will be acclimatizing today in Namche Bazaar. It will help us to avoid altitude sickness. We will visit around Namche Bazaar today. Namche Bazaar has government offices, ATMs, internet cafes, shops, restaurants, and colorful markets. Overall this market is one of the major economic hubs of Khumbu region. We will spend our whole day hiking to the places that are near to the areas. We can hike up to Sagarmatha National Park and enjoy the sunrise over Himalayas. We will also visit the Hillary School and monasteries. It will help our body to acclimate the lower content of oxygen in the air. Our overnight stay will be at Namche Bazaar.

After having our breakfast in Namche we will further our steps. The trials today are a bit difficult than the previous trials. The roads are consistently narrower and less paved. We will have uphill trial upto Kyangjuma. After reaching to Kyangjuma the trial descend all the way down to Dudh Koshi. We will cross the suspension bridge and again will ascend our trial through the pine and rhododendron trees. Ascending our trial we will be facing several mountains coming close to us. After walking for 5-6 hours we will reach Tengboche. There we will also visit the largest monastery of Khumbu region (Tengboche Monastery) which offers the mesmerizing views of Mt.Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and many other mountains.

Today we will pass through overgrown forest of birch, confer and rhododendron trees exploring the magnificent views of Mt.Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Here we will walk downhill to Debuche and cross the Imja River to Pangboche Monastery. We will be walking around the Imja valley and Lobuche River before ascending to Dingboche. This beautiful village gives an amazing picture of Himalayan agriculture and animal husbandry. You can see the traditional methods used to plough the field and harvesting the crops. We can have amazing views of beautiful barely, potatoes, and buckwheat fields along with animals grazing along those fields. Our overnight stay will be on Dingboche.

As we continue our trial to the Khumbu Glacier moraine we will be facing several great peaks. After 5-6 hours trek from Dingboche we will reach to Lobuche. Our today’s overnight stay will be on Lobuche.

Today we will visit Everest Base Camp through the trial of Gorak Shep Lake. We will be following the trial straight ahead which will take us across the Indian Army mountaineers memorials. The walk here is tough and misleading due to thin air in the high altitude. It is very important to follow our guide otherwise we may miss the trial. . There will be strenuous walk along the Khumbu Glacier and up to Everest Base Camp. As we reach to the base camp at 5365m, we will enjoy the amazing view of Khumbu icefall. Moreover the Everest Base Camp itself is incredibly beautiful. The mesmerizing views of Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori mountains from the base camp are so alluring. We will return back to Gorak Shep for the night. This is our last overnight stay in the mountains

We will wake up early in the morning. After having breakfast we will be heading towards the best view point on the earth which is Kalapatthar. The views from Kalapatthar are outstanding.
