The 7 days short Everest trek is a package designed to trek to the base camp of the highest summit within a week. This trek is designed for travelers having very limited time. Travelers willing to trek to Everest Base Camp in spite of having low physical fitness can also do this trek. It is one of the easiest treks to Everest Base Camp. There is less chance of having altitude sickness. This is a week journey where you can have a combined package of fun and adventure in the Himalayas of Everest Region.

Our trek starts with a breathtaking flight to the most dangerous airstrips in the world which offers the most incredible views of the Khumbu Region. After landing in the Lukla Airport we will be trekking to several Sherpa villages where we will encounter with the friendly Sherpa’s known for their loyalty and warm hospitality. After 2 days hike we will reach to Namche Bazaar which is one of the wondered market lying at a high altitude and accessible only with flight or several days hike offers you every type of consumable goods. On our trek we will also see a world heritage site, Sagarmatha National Park different monasteries and also get to know about the Buddhist cultures. A helicopter ride to Everest Base Camp is one of the major highlight of the trek.

Short Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 02:  Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding

Day 03:  Trek to Namche Bazaar.

Day 04: Rest day at Namche Bazaar/ Acclimatization

Day 05: Heli tour to Everest Base Camp and Kalapatthar back to Lukla.

Day 06: Lukla to Kathmandu

Day 07: Kathmandu Final Departure.

On your arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport our representative will be there waiting for you to receive you holding your name card. After welcoming you will be transferred to the hotel in our private vehicle. At evening we will also organize a welcome dinner for you and we will have short discussion about the trip.

Today we will have a scenic flight to Lukla. The views you witness during 35 minutes of flight are incredible. After reaching to Lukla we will have our breakfast and a brief introduction to the rest of our team members and then move towards Phakding. We will descend towards the Dudh Koshi River. The trek today is not very difficult. There we will pass several small villages and we will reach to Phakding. We will have our overnight stay at a lodge.

Today our trial passes through a beautiful pine forest and we will continue our walk on a trial that goes north up the Benkar valley following the banks of Dudh Koshi River. We cross the Dudh Koshi River and pass Chumoa and Monjo village before reaching the entrance of Everest National Park. Then after crossing suspension bridge, we pass Jorsale village and walk alongside of Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi River. We ascend on a step trial and reach the biggest town in the Everest region i.e. Namche Bazaar. Our overnight stay will be in Namche Bazaar.

Today we will be moving around the Namche Bazaar. It is very important to schedule an acclimatization day to get our body used to the environment and to avoid altitude sickness. We can hike to Sherpa museum which offers great panoramic views of Everest, Nuptse, and Ama Dabalam mountains. We can also hike to Sagarmatha national park to enjoy the beautiful sunrise over the Himalayas or visit Hillary school. Our overnight stay will be in Namche Bazaar.

Here comes the most exciting day of our trek. After having our breakfast we will have a helicopter ride to the most popular trekking destination of the world Everest Base Camp and the best view point on earth Kalapatthar there you will see the alpine diversity of nature that the Khumbu valley is blessed with. You will witness an amazing part of the world beneath you. The Khumbu glacier and icefall looks amazing too. Our helicopter will take us back to Lukla from where we started our trekking. Today we will have our overnight stay at Lukla.

Today we will be flying to Kathmandu. We will take an early morning flight to Kathmandu bidding a goodbye to the Everest region. After reaching to Kathmandu our representatives will receive you and drop you to the hotel. You can have some rest or visit around the city. At evening we will provide you welcome dinner.

You journey in Nepal ends today. Our representatives will drop you to Tribhuvan International airport for your final departure few hours before your flight.
