During the month of July people of Solukhumbhu Region celebrates different celebrations to worship their clan god. Solukhumbhu Region is filled with about 80% Buddhist community. Pikey Peak visualizes majestic view of the Everest Himalayan Range as well as Numbur Chulli. During this trek you can see and visit the ancient Buddhist Monastery of Thupten Chholing and enjoy the unique Sherpa culture. The Pikey Trek is most popular for its sunrise and sunsets views of the Himalayan range of Mt. Everest, Makalu, Kanchanjunga, Annapurna, Gauri Shankar, Lhotse, Lhotse Shar, Nuptse, Amadablam, Khatanga, Karyalung, Shishapangma, Mera Peak and Thamserku.

After arriving in Kathmandu representative of Nepal Trekking Trial will pick up you by our private vehicle and transfer you to the Hotel. We will have short trip discussion at the evening with warm welcome dinner. Overnight at Kathmandu.
After breakfast we will fly from Kathmandu to Phaplu which takes about 35 minutes. Then we will trek from Phaplu to Salleri and it takes about about four hours. You can explore the local market in Salleri and also enjoy a visit to local monasteries such as Chewang monastery. Overnight in Salleri
We will have our breakfast and we will trek from Salleri to Ghunsa via Dorpu which will take about six hours. On the way to Ghunsa you can experience some of the Magar, Sherpa and Tamang culture also. Along with this, you can also enjoy the natural beauty of mountains and landscapes. Overnight in Ghunsa
On this day we will trek from Ghunsa to Pattale via Kerung which takes about eight hours approximately. On the way you can visit monasteries, mani walls and a Buddhist stupa at Kerung. Here you can find the mixed community of Tamang, Magar, Sherpa and others peoples. The panoramic views mesmerize you completely on the way. Overnight in Pattale
After breakfast, we will rek from Pattale to Jhapre which takes about six hours. On the way you can get chance to see wild orchids as well as views of beautiful landscapes along the Solukhumbu and Okhaldhunga border. There are some of the monasteries and a Buddhist stupa in Jhapre so you can vigit there also. Overnight in Jhapre
From Jhapre we will trek to Pikey which will take about six hours. On this day you can get chance to experience high altitude vegetation and also can see Himalaya flora and fauna. On the way you will find centuries old monasteries, Buddhist stupas and mani stones. Yak herding can also be seen at different places. Overnight in Pikey
After having delicious breakfast we will trek from Pikey to Junbesi and it takes about five hours. The trail goes from Pikey to Junbesi via Pikey peak, so from Pikey peak you can see a beautiful sunrise view as well as top mountain peaks from Kanchenjunga to Dhaulagiri including Everest. After crossing Pikey peak we will walk down through breathtaking landscape to Junbesi valley. Overnight in Junbesi
After breakfast, we will trek from Junbesi to Thuptenchholing and trek back to Junbesi which will take about four hours. In Thuptenchholing we will visit Thuptenchholing Monastery where we can observe traditional Tibetan medicinal therapy. Here you can taste local food and drink and also can enjoy Sherpa cultural show performed on request. Overnight in Junbesi
Today we will Trek from Junbesi to Phaplu which will take about six hours. On this day you can enjoy delicious local food, drinks and participate in a cultural program in Phaplu. Overnight in Phaplu
After this beautiful journey to Pikey peak trek we fly back from Phaplu to Kathmandu which takes about 35 minutes. In afternoon you can roam around Kathmandu valley. Overnight in Kathmandu
